Steve Bolanos ~ Vocals
Steve is a lifelong student of music. He started his career playing the drums, congas, guitar, and harmonica, but decided in his early teens to pursue his love of singing.
He developed his raw power and strong stage presence performing with such bands as Steamhead, Makin' Mamma Shake, and Blue Voodoo, but became tired of the rock scene and began singing jazz standards for local parties and events. That changed in early 1998 when he heard the big sound of DoctorfunK, and hasn't looked back since.
